Henry Dozier is a retired USA Army Sergeant First Class with 21 years of dedicated service. Throughout his military career, he completed multiple combat tours in Iraq and Kuwait, earning recognition as a proud member of the esteemed Audie Murphy Club. Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business. After retiring from the Army, he has carried his passion for public safety into his role as a Safety Ambassador with the Casualty Prevention Team, leveraging his two decades of experience to enhance public safety.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Henry now calls Harker Heights, Texas, home. He is passionate about his family, having been married for 30 years, and takes pride in his relationship with his children. Henry brings his commitment to protecting others to all of his clients.

Safety Ambassador

Professional Background

JTC spent over 20 years in the US Army as an officer, specializing as a Logistics Officer. He is a qualified Sapper and Jump Master, with multiple combat deployments where he served from Platoon Leader to Battalion Commander.

JTC's focus areas included Intergovernmental Policy Development, Global Supply Chain Logistics, and Distribution Management. JTC has a deep understanding of mitigating risks to people and property in some of the most violent regions in the world.

JTC holds multiple master's degrees and has completed the Command & General Staff College. JTC is also ITAR certified. While JTC takes great pride in his professional career, he is even more proud of raising his children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and playing recreational hockey.

Derek Kottke

Professional Background

Derek Leads Casualty Preventions commerical markets. His focus is on commerical real estate and controlled substance markets. His background as a Security Forces Airman allows Derek to naturally design comprehensive risk mitigation plans.

Derek began his career as a Security Forces Sergeant in the US Air Force. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has spent the past 20+ years working across various industries, solving business constraints with technology. 

Derek is passionate about public safety and advocates for proper safety standards in all commercial real estate to mitigate risks to people and property.

Outside of work, DJK enjoys spending time on a pontoon with his family and pets. He is a lifelong hockey player and coach, volunteering his time to work with people with disabilities on the ice.

Academic and Educational Leadership: Served as the Criminal Justice Program Director at San Joaquin Valley College from 2018 to 2022

Brandon is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with a robust background spanning local, state, and federal levels. 

Alabama State Police: Brandon transitioned into the role of an investigator with the Alabama State Police. His dynamic career there included:

Alcohol and Moonshine Investigator: Tackling illicit alcohol production and distribution.

Narcotics Investigation Unit: Leading efforts against drug-related crimes.

Federal Task Force Officer: Collaborating with federal agencies to enhance law enforcement capabilities.

SWAT Team Member: Serving as a sniper/observer, explosive and mechanical breacher, shotgun breacher, and a certified SWAT instructor.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF): As a Special Agent, Brandon was integral to the Violent Crimes Task Force.
